I know I’m in trouble. I’ve been on Windows 7 all these while and I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 but ever since, my data is just draining! Every data subscription keeps disappearing. I really need help. I wish I could go back to Windows 7 but I can’t. I don’t even have the disc any longer and I don’t have the resource to download.
Is there a way I could stop this data drain with Windows 10?September 3, 2017 at 11:26 pm #25166
Most Windows 10 users complain about this, but fixing it is easier than you think. The first thing you should do is to disable P2P update. Even without downloading updates, someone, somewhere might be getting updates through your computer and using your Internet connection. This post tells you how to fix that:
Then you need to disable Windows 10 update. You can either set your current conection connection as metered or totally disable Windows Update:September 4, 2017 at 3:40 am #25208

Ditching Windows and adopting OS X years ago was one of the best decision of my life. Maybe you should do the same.September 30, 2017 at 11:19 pm #25415
